Ryan Drown serves as the Executive Director of the Fusion Arts Alliance.
He is from and currently resides in Fairmount, Indiana. Ryan serves as the Lifestyle360 Program Director at Northwood Manor in Marion. . Outside the office, he works as a Music Faculty and co-music director for CSA Theatre compANY, as well as a music director for CSA Civic at the Community School of the Arts in Marion, Indiana. Ryan also serves as the president and public relations director for Mississinewa Valley Band. He is also a part of the PowerSurge Leadership Team at Brookhaven Wesleyan Church. He also serves on the board of the Grant County Fair Association, Inc. Ryan love being active in the community as a whole.
